I was very nervous, but Dr. Jess made me so comfortable for the procedure and checked up with me several time subsequently and even invited me back into the office for follow up treatments eight months later! From the initial consultation, where I met both Dr J and Jess who performed the procedure, I felt comfortable and knew I was in good hands.
